24-Hour Breakdown Recovery across County Durham

Broken down? Call Fred Henderson on 0191 384 6319 and press option 1 for 24-hour recovery. We’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and aim to reach you within the hour from our base in Langley Moor, near Durham.

Stay safe while you wait

• If you can drive the vehicle, move it somewhere safe, away from traffic.
• Switch your hazard lights on.
• Get yourself and your passengers out of the vehicle and well away from the road. On a motorway or dual carriageway, wait behind the barrier if it’s safe to do so.
• If you or anyone else is in danger, call 999 first.

What happens next

Our technicians arrive in a fully equipped recovery truck and will aim to get you moving again at the roadside. If the problem is more complex, we’ll take your vehicle and up to six passengers back to our garage, where our workshop can diagnose and repair the fault. Our emergency repair service keeps same-day slots free for exactly these situations.
