My car (bought elsewhere) broke down twice recently and both times my insurance requested Fred Henderson Ltd to come out. Both times it was Joe who came out…he tried many things to get it going but eventually it needed towing. Joe was professional, experienced and I felt reassured and much less stressful. Excellent service, friendly, polite, staff. I was let down by another garage for a MOT, but at short notice Henderson's did their best and fitted me in. I have now been returning ever since for repairs and servicing. Many thanks.
