Alan, who looked after me, was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions without ever making me feel pressured into any decisions. I was allowed to check the car out and take it for a test drive myself to see how it felt.
The garage also provided me with a new MOT and service, along with rectifying any concerns about the car such as small paintwork touch ups.
I’m absolutely over the moon with my new car and with how streamlined the process was — from viewing to paperwork to driving away. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.

I bought my car from this garage a few weeks ago and had a really positive experience from start to finish.
I was nervous to view the car by myself but Alan was so lovely from the moment I arrived!! He was friendly, welcoming and didn’t apply any pressure at all. He gave me as much time as I needed to test drive the car and sit in it to properly get a feel for everything, which I really appreciated.
Even though the car still had a few months left on its MOT, they gave it a full MOT and service before I collected it which was great!! When I came down from Newcastle to collect the car, I was picked up from the train station and the handover was quick and smooth.
I’m so happy with my car and would definitely recommend this garage. Thank you again☺️☺️
